I was promised one price when I upgraded to HD, instead the bill came in 114.95 more than agreed upon, and now told-too bad, after being on hold for over 56 minutes, and no manager would ever come talk to me. I had a order# and confirmation, but told no, the rep. mis-quoted me. They are running a switch & bait - beware, don't be scammed like I was. In addition after being on hold for 56min. I was waiting to be transferred to their esculated group and then after 10 more min. I was disconnect. What a scam direct TV is running, I should of gone else where.
