They charged my
credit card $1050. I sent back the 3
boxes and was supposed to be reimbursed $780. Each time I call, they always say 6-8 weeks. I don't think I will be getting my money back. I'm starting to think the CEO of this company is more powerful than anyone in this country. They've been stealing so
much money from people for years and they seem to be untouchable. I've never felt so violated in my life. Well, I guess there's really nothing I can to but let them have my money.

Added the "HD" for $10.00 more a month. Started to get HD NET but thats all. Several months later saw a neighbors set and he had tons of HD channels and was paying the same . Thru weeks of phone calls finally found out the software was never downloaded to my unit. Well, when you ask Direct to give back some of the money you sent them==good luck. Been fighting them for months, still stalling me, promosing to be on next months bill. Nothing but a bunch of liers and thiefs.

They did the same thing to me...I am very sure that they have done this to most of their customers
