I contacted them for a new account after 2 days and numerous hours on the phone I had 3 accounts all but 1 with the wrong name,wrong address,and wrong phone numbers.When they finally got the last one with correct information it was the wrong package.I contacted the corperate office they returned 1 phone call.They took my bank card on 3 separate accounts asured me they wasn't using it then after all this I found out they did on the 3 separate accounts that 75.00 did come out and it took another 2 hours to get that back and I had to 3 way call my bank to fix that .I will go back to Dish was with them for & years and never had this problem!!!!!
