disconnected after pmt arrangements were made

We bought our house with direct tv already installed. Over the year we ordered various movies online and via remote.

After purchasing a new tv we hooked eveything up to the new set and plugged in a phone line. The next bill there was a charge for a years worth of movies on it!

I called told them it was not fair since no one said you had to have a phone line next to the tv, then aranged to make pmts they agreed and when returning from vacation, we had no more sevice! Those ba*****s!

We now use cable and direct tv can bite me!
