directv they are sad and dumb never send a bill

why cant they send a bill to us they never do and i complain they what to charge me for it they do it so i cant see what they are charge me i dont like what do i do and how do i get to see the bill on the computer help me please they are sick poeple never get directvwhy cant they send a bill to u telling what they are doing it makes me sick to think we have such people in this world and they get away with it but both are retired and i never had any problems with dish i should of never went dirctv
