Direct TV will lie to you about the contractual commitment for providing direct TV service and basically you will never be able to get out of the contract because they will always charge you a cancellation fee of $300 plsu dollars. Get cable and pay by the month, trust me I learned the hard way and if you think you can run from there $300 cancellation fee they will take it from your credit card and the credit card company will not dispute the charge…it is against their policy to dispute cancellation charges.
Run as far as you can from direct TV…..check the interent,….everyone and their mother hates direct TV!
