DTV ***!!!! I ordered this service because my brother had it for 5 years and there was a friends and family referral for 100.00 off for he and I . After I had my installation on Monday the following Monday I received a letter saying that DTV will not be honoring the friends and family because I did not call in on the right phone #. This is after the customer service rep. that I spoke to assured me that everything was in order that my brother and I would receive the rebate in 10 monthly installments. Then I receive this letter 7 days later. When I call customer service and they told me basically oh well and that I was in a contract now and there is nothing I can do about it. You have got to be kidding me!!!! This is what your calling a good company!!! This company ***!!! I cancelled my service and now they have sent me bill with a $430.00 cancellation fee that they will never see!!! What kind of company does something like this!!!! They lost me as a new customer, and my Bro. as a long standing great customer. If you think that is a good company I hate to see what you think is a bad company!!!!
